SHOWERS Showers will be open 24 hours starting Thursday afternoon until Sunday at 10 am.  Locations:

The limited number of showers at the Ellen J. Smith Center (formerly 'Teen Center') are older and subject to temperature fluctuations.  To be honest they are not very nice, but they are there and get the job done. If you wonder why we don't improve them, the letters start with EPA!  We highly recommend the High School and it's a nice ride.

Modern shower facilities are available at the High School .  It is approximately 3/4 mile from the Rally site, for those who wish to walk.  There will be a shuttle bus (SCHOOL BUS) available each day from approximately 6 AM TO 9 AM to take you from the park to the high school showers and back.  The bus will pick up passengers on the street side of the Teen Center, and operates on a floating schedule depending on demand (It will make a trip when it is full, or every 20 to 30 minutes).

The North Fork Swimming Pool in Hotchkiss is approximately 8 miles from the Rally site.  link

PARKING No bikes on the grass in the tenting area of the park. Please park along the streets around the rally site. This means more close-in camping and causes less damage to the facilities. NO GLASS in the tent & playground areas, the city WILL issue citations this year. Campers with glass bottles will be asked to dispose of them or leave.
